# DealSharp

> DealSharp is an AI negotiation tool for lawyers and M&A advisors: rehearse against an AI counterpart, get live help in the meeting, and review how you did. It follows the whole negotiation — the context you build, the preparation, the meeting itself, and the evaluation after. Built in Oslo, Norway, and hosted in the EU.

DealSharp is used by teams at BAHR, DER Disputes, Merge Group, 1,5 Advokater and Wægger Negotiation Institute.

Security: negotiation documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, and never used to train a model. DealSharp has completed SOC 2 Type 1 and is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, both audited by Sensiba; SOC 2 Type 2 is underway.
